THE INTELLIGENT ALTERNATIVE FOR WORKING ADULTS
When you enroll in William Penn University's College for Working Adults program, you choose from three degree-programs: the Associate of Arts in Leadership Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Business and the Master of Business Leadership.
CWA programs use the accelerated model of learning in which small groups of students (no more than 22) progress through the program on a course-by-course basis together. The method relies on the use of student learning teams through in class instruction, projects and group activities. The best part is, classes begin frequently!
Students meet weekly at convenient locations that include West Des Moines, Ames and Oskaloosa, Iowa. Instructors are credentialed professionals with direct experience for a practical, applications-based education. Courses average five weeks in length and are offered in a structured sequence with students completing one course at a time, allowing complete focus in each topic area.
