The William Penn University College for Working Adults Bachelor of Arts in Justice Systems Leadership program is a 51-credit hour program that builds on Quaker values to prepare graduates for careers in the justice system though the development of ethical behavior and law enforcement practices, leadership, collaboration, effective communication and service to others. The Bachelor of Arts in Justice Systems Leadership program includes various aspects of justice systems as they apply to law enforcement, corrections, pre-law, social work, and private sector. This requires the knowledge, skills and ability to plan, develop and implement strategic activities necessary to accomplish these goals. This program is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and practical skills for career enhancement and job placement in human recourse management.
